Maarten Baas redefined the typical outdoor furniture consisting of metal frames and wooden slats by sketching the slats with a pencil on paper and then meticulously recreating them in real life. The result is very Maarten Baas: design that seems to be drawn by a child.
For their spring/summer campaign, valerie_objects commissioned me to create a series of animations and visuals to showcase the outdoor furniture collection designed by Maarten Baas.
Three for three
The range includes three different colors, and to highlight this, we've created three distinct environments for showcasing our products. Each environment captures a unique vibe.
We've set a warm, cozy sunset for the bright yellow dining set, a white sandy beach for the black lounge set, and an evening by the pool for the bistro set.
