Kintsugi (金継ぎ: gold connection), also called Kintsukuroi (金繕い: gold repair), is the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with gold-colored lacquer.

Nick Bril and Rookie Ramen are responsible for the composition of the menu. Nick Bril brings his love for Japan back with his well-known signature in the starters and desserts. With Kintsugi schwung, Trésor Vets presents the perfect drinks before, during and after the menu. Rookie Ramen focuses on the pure art of ramen. The ramen noodles are prepared from start to finish in the bar and served in the perfect umami bowl.
